The State Fair of Texas Dallas held each year. An annual ritual This fair is Spam cooking contest. I never reached the competition and / or judge, but I many products seen on television. You can get a lot of fun! Many of them I would not try. But here's a recipe for Spam former lead again in your life – and we are not talking about computer spam! 6 to 8 large potatoes
1 can of Spam
3 / 4 tall can evaporated milk
1 stick butter, cut into pieces
1 large onion
1 liter of sour cream
2 large packages. shredded cheddar cheese
Cut the potatoes, onion, finely chopped and spam. (Use any What food, if you have one.) Add sour cream, milk, 1 packet of cheese and butter. Mix ingredients together. Pour batter into a baking Baked greased 9×13 inches. Sprinkle the second package of cheese on top of mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 1 / 2 hours.
