In my experience, it only takes two or three days to change my eating habits. I am not talking about major changes like going vegetarian I mean cutting a few small habits that are bad on their way back to my lifestyle.
Here's the plan:
For two or three days, eating only healthy foods. Fruits, vegetables, small amounts of organic chicken meat or eggs, nuts and seeds, and a little oatmeal or cooked cereal for breakfast.
For two or three days, eliminating dairy, wheat, white rice, potatoes, the maize, sugar, alcohol, coffee and processed foods. If it comes in a box or a can or frozen, do not eat.
Ideas Breakfast: oatmeal (the real things, not the things in the package) boiled in water, a lot of nuts, raisins Coco and butter. Apples or pears with nut butter. A hard-boiled egg. Black or green tea if you must have caffeine.

If you are not a food processor, this recipe will probably work if you're willing to spend a small cut over time. It's worth the effort and so nutritious!
1 / 4 cup orange juice
1 / 2 c. all dates in half and pitted
1 C. raw almonds (preferably soaked overnight)
1 / 2 c. dried apricots
1 / 4 of prunes or raisins
Salt 1 / 4 tsp Tea
1 / 4 cup pumpkin seeds (unsalted, unflavoured)
1 / 4 cup seeds sunflower seed (shelled and unsalted)
Preheat oven to 300. Pour orange juice over dates and let soak 5 minutes.
Place almonds and walnuts in a food processor and pulse several times until the mixture starts to stick.
Add the pumpkin and sunflower seeds, pressing several times to incorporate.
With wet hands, scoop the mixture on a work surface and shape into a log about 1 3 / 4 wide and 1 / 2 thick. Use your hands to flatten into a bar and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Arrange about 1 in the distance on a parchment lined tray cooking. Bake 8 minutes. Bars and cook for about 8 minutes or until nuts are toasted, but before they begin to burn.
