Curry Stew
This compliance organic curry stew is wonderful the coldest months. Warm the kitchen and your soul with the aromatic comfort!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of 15-can organic beans
- Several small apples red earth (ratio equal to chick peas)
- ½ cup organic milk or rice milk
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, organic dried
- 1 sweet red or green, organic (optional)
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons Marsala
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, flakes, or more to taste
